What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We require a minimum of 6 guests for private workshops and can comfortably accommodate up to 12. Larger groups? Contact us—we’ll do our best to make it work.

How long does a group packages typically last?

Our standard suncatcher workshop is approximately 2.5-3 hours for 6-12 people.

How far in advance should we book?

Please book at least one week in advance, however two weeks is preferrable for weekends or evenings since we have a regular class schedule we would need to work around. Need something sooner? Call us at 727-237-6223.

Submit an inquiry through our Private Events Quote form and we will respond with the information you've requested to book your special event.

What's your cancellation policy for group packages?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and book your event, and remaining 50% final payment must be made 24-hours prior to your event. Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
