Return Policy – Glass of Life Store Products

We take great care in packaging our stained glass items to ensure they arrive safely and in one piece. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the item and packaging to glassoflifestpete@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to find a fair and timely solution, whether that means a repair, replacement, or refund.

Because our pieces are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

Service & Class Cancellation Policy – Glass of Life Classes & Workshops

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule a class or workshop, please email glassoflifestpete@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled class are non-refundable, as materials are prepped and spots are limited. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Private parties and custom bookings require 7 days’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Deposits will not be refunded.
